Terms of Service

1. As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork.

2. Commissioners have the right to the commissioned artwork for personal use only. When reposted or displayed online, credit must be given to me for creating the piece.

3. All my rates are sliding scale, and formatted as $(min price)-$(suggested price). That being said, tips are always appreciated!

4. I do not permit any of my artwork to be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without my prior, written consent. The purchase of commercial rights to my artwork will come with a 300% added fee.

5. I require all payment upfront for all commissions. Please note that if I am unable to finish the commission for any reason on my part, you will receive a full refund. Furthermore, I do not accept cancellations after the commission has already been started in any capacity, and do not give refunds after this point.

6. All payments must be submitted via Venmo or through PayPal.
